Responsibilities:
- Lead a Sales support team to ensure efficient operations and meet key metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
- Manage customer and third-party relationships to ensure smooth operations and revenue maximization.
- Resolve process issues by coordinating internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain governance and customer relationships, addressing critical issues promptly with corrective and preventive action planning.
Key Activities as an Individual Contributor:
- Enter and validate Contract Orders in ERP systems and update corresponding Contracts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and sales representatives, serving as a primary contact for inquiries.
- Coordinate with Service technicians, Logistics teams, and Sales to ensure accurate order delivery and installation for customers.
- Administer customer contracts, including billing computations and resolving customer queries.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain document archives for audit and compliance purposes.
- Update ERP systems with Customer Master details, order information, pricing, etc.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to manage availability and deliveries.
