Cognizant Careers: Associate – Projects hiring at Mumbai location

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in the latest version of UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a background in .NET or Java, and experience with SQL Server or Oracle DB is preferred. The candidate should be capable of understanding functional requirements, designing solutions, and coding independently. Effective communication with Business SMEs and Onshore BAs to clarify queries is essential. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are a must. Preferred to have work experience with UiPath Test suite

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyse functional requirements and design appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
Create and manage workflows using Power Automate.
Develop Business Process Flows and Approval Flows to automate business processes.
Collaborate with Business SMEs and Onshore BAs to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
Provide support and troubleshooting for RPA and Power Automate solutions.
Stay updated with the latest developments in UiPath and Power Automate technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in UiPath development.
Strong background in .NET or Java, with experience in SQL Server or Oracle DB.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
