- 2+ years of industry experience building software in a large scale production environment. We mainly use Go and Java, but we’re equally happy hiring people versed in other enterprise grade languages
- General understanding of distributed systems, microservices-based architecture, networks and the web
- Experience with systems design
- Open-minded and desire to learn new technologies on a regular basis
