Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Perform data loads and transformations on large data sets.

• Parse, format, and transform data for analytics purposes.

• Implement logical and physical data models following MDM best practices.

• Integrate multiple data source formats into master data loads.

• Use at least one ETL tool proficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including statisticians, developers, product managers, and engineers.

• Translate analytics problems into data requirements.

• Communicate effectively—both written and verbal—with internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Scripting experience (e.g., Pig, Python, Perl).

• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, data lineage, and data profiling.

• Familiarity with big data storage architecture.

• Ability to ask the right questions and make connections between ideas.

• Passion for learning and curiosity to explore new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms and data tools.

• Knowledge of master data management (MDM).
