Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in application implementation across Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA platforms
- Provide application support and services with timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Participate in application testing and validation to ensure quality and user expectations
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices for application implementation and support
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Recently completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of application implementation and support processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings
- Experience in application testing and validation
- Programming skills with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (added advantage)
