An Implementation Engineer will work closely with Customers on analysing the business needs and implement customized software. Play a pivotal role in working with prospects and customers to identify, participate in planning, execution and delivery of projects that span multiple departments and functions across the organization. The Implementation Engineer is accountable to all technical queries for customers and their programs that span product implementation, feature enhancements, key configurations & setups, ticket management and overall delivery of products and services through accurate solutions and timely delivery.

The Implementation Engineer understands, support, and enhance the customer, their domain, their workflows, and usage of IT in general and more specifically the role our solutions play in their day to day operations. The role is motivated by success of solving customer needs to wear multiple hats, involve the right set of teams, follow-up effectively and ultimately deliver on commitments. The person must possess high energy and be self-motivated to see items through completion.

Starmark Careers Jobs Responsibilities

Create a project plan for client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems.
Communicate with required stakeholders on plans, status, change and issues. Provide periodic status to Senior Management about project health.
Installing customized software systems and all necessary components based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
Willingness to perform setup that has a user-interface and/or non-UI based scripts as required.
Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing the business process, workflows, all customizations made.
Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
Provide technical feasibility and solutions to customers for their requirements based on product capabilities.
Provide training, demos, remote installation, roll-out, Go-Live support as necessary with required documentations.
Provide input & feedback to Product Management teams on product features, roadmap based on customer.
Participate with engineering and technical teams for project planning, timelines, deliverables, UAT, sign-off
Engage with Engineering, Reports, and other teams for dependent work for project delivery
Willingness to support Customer during off hours. (US time zone only on need basis)
